Page
1. Navigate to WordPress dashboard
2. On the left, click ‘Pages’
3. Find the page
4. Click ‘Edit’
5. Once page loads, click on the editing view.
6. Find area needing editing
7. Hover and click
8. Once complete, click green checkmark.
9. Click Save or Command/Control + S
Post
1. Navigate to WordPress dashboard
2. On the left, click ‘Posts’
3. Find the post
4. Click ‘Edit’
5. Once page loads, click on the editing view.
6. Find area needing editing
If you need to add content or media block, click the grey + sign.
Then click Text or Image.
7. Hover and click
8. Once complete, click green checkmark.
9. Click Save or Command/Control + S
Gallery
1. Navigate to ‘ See for yourself’ Page
2. Hover over the gallery.
3. Click the gear icon on needed Gallery.
4. Under the section ‘ Images’ click on the + sign.
Add New…
Page
1. Navigate to WordPress dashboard
2. On the left, click ‘Pages’
3. Select ‘Add New Page’
4. Click the purple button ‘Use Divi Builder’
5. Click ‘Clone Existing Page’ and clock ‘Your Saved Layouts
6. Select ‘Blank Page’
7. Edit content on page.
8. Save and Publish
Post
1. Navigate to WordPress dashboard
2. On the left, click ‘Posts’
3. Select ‘Add New Post’
4. Click the purple button ‘Build with Divi Builder’
5. Select ‘Load from Existing Layout’
6. Select ‘Existing Layouts’
7. Select ‘Post’
8. Add content and images
9. Add an image to Featured Image (this is the preview image) on the right-hand menu
10. Select Category on the right-hand Menu
11. Save + Publish
Note: If you’d like to feature the event on the homepage, navigate to the homepage to add event to homepage.
Event
1. Follow same process as a new Post
2. Add event date to ‘Exerpt’ area near bottom of the page
3. Select ‘Event’ category in right-hand menu
4. Save and Publish
Notes while editing:
- When editing, only paste unformatted text. Make sure to
click when pasting new content. - Do not forget to save edits by clicking ‘Save‘ at the bottom of the page, or press CMD/Control + S.
- If you make a mistake, you can Undo by using CMD/Control + Z
- All areas with a red ‘Padlock‘ are uneditable. Please contact Creative Parc to make edits to these areas.
- If there is a major mistake or error, we can restore previous versions of the webpage/site (up to 30 days).
